Mark Denniston Huber,
CEO
With more than 20 years of experience growing and operating businesses, Mark has developed a deep understanding of how to negotiate mergers and acquisitions that ensure that both buyers and sellers leave the table satisfied. His long-term vision protects his clients from rushing a deal that looks good in the short run, and instead works to achieve an outcome that makes sense now and years later.
In addition to his expertise in M&As, Mark develops strategies to help clients continue to increase the real value of their business so that when it’s time to leave, the company will attract the right buyers. He works with owners to identify growth, cost savings and organizational development opportunities.
Mark’s career includes co-founding and growing PayFlex Systems USA, Inc., one of the largest employer services companies in the United States. He has also provided tax advisory services to a wide variety of clients and has served on the boards of directors of several companies in the insurance, banking and human resource industries.
Mark earned his Business Administration degree in accounting and later earned his Juris Doctorate, both from Creighton University in Omaha. He has also been awarded the Owner/President Management Certificate from Harvard Business School.
