When Fritz launched Corporate Ventures in 1996, his objective was to become the matchmaker of choice for those wishing to buy or sell a business. His background as a successful business owner made him realize that others just like him needed an experienced advisor to help them navigate the challenges they faced with buying, selling or acquisitions. He designed Corporate Ventures to be the comprehensive and confidential resource that can deliver the results his fellow business owners need.

Fritz enjoyed a successful career in sales and marketing in the manufacturing industry, including several years at Fuch’s Machinery as a part-owner and marketing director. Later he purchased a local Culligan Water dealership and quickly grew the business through aggressive sales, product and process ingenuity, and acquisition. After its significant growth, he chose to sell the company.

Fritz got his first education on the family farm outside of Creston, Iowa and then received his business degree from Simpson College.
