Brad Lehl, Vice President
Mr. Lehl’s professional background includes various roles in the financial services industry. He brings perspective from both the buy-side and sell-side of transactions. He has worked in commercial and investment banking, including positions at US Bancorp, JP Morgan, and Bank of Montreal (BMO/Harris), where he consulted clients on corporate finance solutions. His sell-side experience includes several years conducting institutional equity research at various Wall Street firms, including Jefferies & Company and RBC Capital Markets. His industry coverage has spanned several sectors, including real estate, health care, technology, and telecommunications.
More recently, Mr. Lehl worked at McCarthy Capital, an Omaha-based private equity firm with approximately $500 million in capital. At McCarthy, he performed investment analysis, valuation, market research, and deal structuring on middle-market private equity transactions. After McCarthy, he worked in the corporate development department at West Corporation, a $2 billion+ revenue company providing outsourced telecommunications and customer care solutions. At West, his responsibilities primarily included mergers & acquisitions analysis, as well as providing analytical support on strategic initiatives. He also served for a time as Director of FP&A at West.
Mr. Lehl received his B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He also holds an MBA degree in Finance from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
